1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all PixelVolt products — including our website (pixelvoltapps.in), mobile applications, games, and web-based tools (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Because our products vary in features, not every section will apply to every product. Where a section applies only to specific apps or features, we clearly say so. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

3Accounts & Registration (where applicable)

Some of our apps offer optional account creation or Google Sign-In for specific features such as referrals or rewards. If you use these features, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. PixelVolt will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or our Services.

4Local Data & Your Content

Many of our apps store your data — such as diary entries, attendance records, game progress, and settings — exclusively on your device. You own this data entirely. We have no access to it unless you explicitly enable a cloud feature such as backup.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your locally stored data. PixelVolt is not liable for any data loss resulting from device damage, reset, or uninstallation of our apps.

5Free & Paid Features

Some PixelVolt apps offer both free and paid tiers. Free versions may include advertisements served by Google AdMob. Paid subscriptions or one-time purchases remove ads and/or unlock additional features, as described within each app.

We reserve the right to change what is included in free or paid tiers at any time with reasonable notice. Existing paid subscribers will not lose access to features they paid for during their current billing period.

6In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (where applicable)

Apps with paid features process transactions through Google Play Billing and/or RevenueCat. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective payment terms. We do not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel via Play Store → Subscriptions. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. PixelVolt does not process refunds directly.

7Referral System (where applicable)

Some apps include a referral programme that rewards you for inviting others. By participating, you agree to the following rules:

• Referrals must be genuine — self-referrals or fake accounts are not permitted
• Rewards are granted at our sole discretion and may change at any time
• We reserve the right to disqualify referrals we determine to be fraudulent
• Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred

Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension or removal of earned rewards.

8Cloud Backup (where applicable)

Some apps offer optional cloud backup via your personal Google Drive account. By enabling this feature, you agree that your data will be stored in your own Google Drive and governed by Google's Terms of Service.

PixelVolt accesses your Drive only to perform backup and restore operations you initiate. We do not read, modify, or share your Drive data for any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

9Advertising

Some of our apps and games display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using these products, you acknowledge that ads may be shown. PixelVolt does not control the content of third-party advertisements. Upgrading to a paid plan removes ads where this option is offered.

10Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, game assets, and their design and arrangement — are owned by PixelVolt or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

11User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way
• Impersonate PixelVolt, its employees, or any other person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Services or infrastructure
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance of our Services
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation tools in our games
• Scrape or harvest data from our Services without written permission
• Use our Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and removal of access to all PixelVolt Services.

12Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Drive, and Open-Meteo. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. PixelVolt is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

13Disclaimers — No Warranty

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PixelVolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

PixelVolt's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PixelVolt in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 500, whichever is greater.

15Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all PixelVolt Services at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or our platform.

To request account deletion, contact us at [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees unless required by applicable law.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.

17Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app, via email, or via a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
